We're teachers and parents as well as organizers.
Susan Carroll received her Bachelor's Degree in English with a minor in Psychology from Loyola University in Chicago. She taught preschool for four years in Chicago before relocating to the Seattle area with her husband. Susan then received her Elementary Education Certification from the University of Washington. After spending several years teaching fourth grade, Susan took a break from teaching to stay home with her newborn son.
Currently Susan is a mom to an active three-year-old and a professional organizer. Susan is a provisional member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). She and her son attend a co-op preschool where Susan spent two years serving on their board. In her spare time, Susan enjoys reading, scrapbooking, going to movies with her husband and cooking up big messes in the kitchen with her son.

As a Chicago native, Jodi Gaertner studied Education and Public Policy at the University of Chicago and DePaul University before relocating to the Seattle area with her husband. She received her Bachelor’s Degree and her Elementary Education Certification from the University of Washington. Jodi taught second and third grade before deciding to spend more time with her two sons, ages 7 and 4. During her time teaching, Jodi organized a family math night and held math workshops for her students’ parents to help them further support their students' learning at home.
Jodi is a provisional member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). She enjoys volunteering, as a former PEPS (Program for Early Parenting Support) leader and at her sons' schools, reading and writing, and shopping at office supply and organization and storage stores.
